To make this much easier to manage, can everyone who has volunteered to help please contact me via email. [email protected]. subject: collector software.

Thanks.

I believe he said it was for a school project. I think this was just one of the interface windows. I never received any other screen captures.

Hey guys,
The project has been stalled for quite a while now due to other projects (paying ones) taking priority.

My intention is for this to track all trades completed, card inventory and contact management, and eBay sales. The contact management part has been completed a while ago, I'm probably going to tackle the trades portion of the software next.
Due to other distractions, this has been taking much more time than anticipated. It is no longer a project i am doing for school as i have handed in something else instead.
I hope to make this software a staple to every collector out there.
I will keep the updates coming.

Thanks guys.

I was just wondering, are you using Java to program this? And also how do you keep track of eBay sales? is there a way to connect to eBay through your software?

I'm just wondering because I've made an IM program before by connecting to Jabber and was wondering if its the same concept.

Im using C# connected to MS Acess. as for tracking the sales, i will contact ebay to see if they have web services (a feature for developers to grant us access to certain parts of their site)
if they do, ill have it all automated...if not, it would have to be manually entered by the user.
i.e. 09/19/2009 Bourque OPC Rookie sold for xx$

that is the worse case scenario, which shouldn't be so bad.
