Upper Deck buy back question

Just wondering how this worked.I understand that Upper Deck went out and bought cards of players from previous years. Stamped them all and then made them all 1/1.But do players have more then one of these.For example,I collect Scottie Upshall. I came across one of these on eBay so I bid.But when it got to a point that I could not justify the price plus the shipping,I was out.But I notice one of these buybacks of Upshall on COMC for a fraction of what the one on eBay sold for.Where can I find a list of who all and how many of each are available.Thanks.

I'm under the impression that every card from Series 1 and 2 back to 1990 has exactly one copy stamped 1/1. So if you missed out on his 2008 card, you could still grab his 2009 card, for example.

Yes, there are many of these 30th Anniversary 1/1 Buyback cards out there.

Count how many UD S1/S2 Base sets Upshall was included in (Plus the Young Guns RC). That's how many Buyback 1/1 cards he has.

For example, here are the ones I'm looking for when it comes to my Enroth PC (4):

2019-20 Upper Deck Series Two 09-10 UD Young Guns #239 Jhonas Enroth 30th Anniversary BuyBack 1/1
2019-20 Upper Deck Series Two 13-14 UD Base #63 Jhonas Enroth 30th Anniversary BuyBack 1/1
