Hi everyone! Does anyone happen to have Karvin Cheung's, or Chris Carlin's email address, or phone number handy, or even Barry (can't remember his last name)! A customer of mine pulled a damaged UD Ice rookie /99, and doesn't seem to be getting anywhere with the regular customer service techs! :| I am trying to help her get this issue fixed.
