Upper Deck Create Your Own Card

First off if this is in the wrong place I apologise. I'm wondering if anybody knows if UD still offers the create your own card feature? I have looked on their site but I didn't see anything but with that said I do have a tendency to over look things. If anyone has any information or better yet a link i would appreciate it.

If I cold create my own card from UD, it would be the 08/09 Artifacts Rookies that will never be made.

I'm not sure about the create your own card but I remember in 98-99 there was this draw your won card from MVP.

Add me to the list of people who won't help you (no offense, fellas), but the only one I heard of with UD involved was the ones they offer at the National.

UD appears to still have the "Make your own" card product, but the site has been down for a few weeks

Has anyone purchased these before? Either through Topps or UD? I have a nephew that I would like to make some cards for and I'm curious about the quality of these? Are these on regular card stock with the same finish? Or could I do just as well at Kinkos myself?
