Upper Deck Customer Service

I was wondering if anyone here has a direct contact at Upper Deck who I could contact to get some information about a card that will actually respond promptly. In the past for me it has been very hit and miss (mostly miss), and I need a quick response this time around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not to do with Redemptions, it's to do with a Jordan Auto I just won on eBay. Will give him a try, thanks heaps for the info
