Upper deck Die Cast?

So I have been putting together a list of every product (base, insert, memorabilia, etc.) from Upper Deck Series 1 and 2 since the start. I am finding some sets listed that I can't find info on, Beckett pretty much gave up on giving and around 2000. One I am trying to track down is listed as "Collectibles Die Cast Inserts" and it shows up in 05-06, 06-07, 07-08, and 08-09. Does anyone know how these were sold? Did they come with boxes or were they a separate item?

I bought these in Walmart. 05-06 and 06-07 both had Crosby with a Pittsburgh Penguins Zamboni. I'm not sure about the other 2 years. I also know there were LeBron James basketball ones too. I think those were 03-04 though?

I have an Ovechkin or two, I can confirm they came with a zamboni, and if I remember correctly the cards were DC-#

I have Iginla & Phaneuf zamboni/cards, and yes the Iginla card is labelled DC6 (the Phaneuf doesn't have a clear window at the back so can't see the #). Also have a loose zamboni with 2002 on it. Advertising on the Phaneuf package says NHL Peterbilt Tractor with Trailer & NHL Corvette Convertible are also available. I have a Calgary Flames corvette (2006), and also a Calgary Flames Dodge Charger copyright 2007.

I'm pretty sure I remember there being a Mats Sundin Leafs Zamboni packaged with a card. They most likely would have been distributed through Grosnor in Toronto, so you might reach out to someone there who might remember the checklist.
