I'm amazed how nobody realized that this wasn't Sam Bennett in their "quality control"

Now, to make things more interesting. Does this mistake go against the "Rookie Rules" since he hasn't played an NHL game. I'm sure the back of the card adds context, but the front of the card on it's own would be an infringement?
