Yes, Chris was awesome and really great at what he did. We are going to try and continue all the great work that he put in over the last decade plus!

Wait - so no redemption program at all? That's too bad, but I can see it with trying to get out from under the pandemic issues. It is good that UD will be there though... it will be likely a lot of negative feedback, undeserved due to pandemic issues, but better to be there and put a face to any complaints, and move on.
