A little story first.
In October I opened some of the Masterpiece packs and like many others got some of the Canvas Clippings that where damaged. I sent 2 in to be replaced (1 week after release). A couple of weeks later I got a package from Upper Deck (Thought they where the replacements) It was 2 packs of Ice from last year with a letter stating that the replacement stock was depleted (3 weeks after release ALL GONE) lol. I was mad as heck!!! I contacted them and after a couple of calls it turned out that the stock was not depleted they just hadn’t received them in Vegas yet. So I was told to resend them in and they would replace them for me. I also sent in a BAP auto Dual that was damaged at the same time.
Fast forward to early January. I still have not received the replacement cards and have since Bought 4 boxes of Upper Deck series 1. After opening the 4 boxes I have a huge grand total of 0 (Zero) YG’s. I contacted them about the replacements and asked if they had been sent out yet? Oh and by the way what can be done about the YG’s that where missing from my boxes?
After 2 or 3 more E-mails and 1 or 2 phone calls I was informed that the replacements had been sent out (never received them) and they didn’t have all the cards that I had sent in anymore. (I was told that they would have to see what they could do for me.
Called back last week on Friday and talked to the head C.S Guy. He called me back and said he had gone down and pick out the replacement stock himself. He said he had included a few Canvas clippings, an assortment of Auto’s, and a load of YG’s. I was told that he sent out a few extra cards to make up for the time it had taken.
