As usual the photography is excellent. I scanned a few of the best players in the NHL below as well as a goalie who threw another kink in the Oilers plans, but hey, their plans don't really seem to exist, do they?
Hit the as advertised 6 Young Guns including what I feel is the best one from the release (Carter Hart overvalued IMO, ATM) Also included a few pics of cards that put smiles on my face.
The McDavid Canvas card is one of those as it showcases the best player in the world, Sidney Crosby along with his disappointing understudy, McDavid. But seriously, Connor is a very good player, and this card is pretty cool, one I will keep in my PC.
Also included were the OPC update cards. Managed to pull a few of the better rookies like Valimaki, Comtois and a retro Heiskanen.
JT looking good in his Leafs uni too.
A couple canvas cards a Rookie Materials and a checklist that made me laugh as it features the two defensemen traded for each other: Hanifin and Hamilton. Thought that was clever by the folks at UD.
Overall S2 looks to be a great product even without hitting one of the rare inserts.
