To everyone here... I would raise some serious concerns about this seller.
Barry here sold me a 05-06 Cup Emblems of Endorsement card that had a crease (he says manufacturer defect) that was not disclosed and now that I have received the card, and saw the defect, I want my money back. The seller is refusing to refund me the money.

Not disclosing something that's there, is just plain wrong. Period. The picture you took didn't show it and you didn't describe anything like that in the listing.

I have been emailing wit Barry today and after several requests for his side of the story all he has done is deflect and accuse me of taking a side. He has gone as far as saying that the deal didn't originate from HI but hasn't disclosed where it did and has criticized me for interjecting myself.
I would caution anyone who was dealing with him or planning to deal with him to reconsider but definitely do not send him funds aside from Paypal goods.

If these accusations are false or misleading, post messages and pictures sent to prove you did nothing wrong. Otherwise, it is clear as day that you did not disclose the issues with the card and should accept the return.
It seems like Barry realizes he got caught in the act of knowing exactly what he was doing trying to sneak a creased card without disclosure to an unsuspecting member of HI. He denies that the deal was conceived on HI and when asked for his side of the story he responds with deflection and ad hominem attacks instead of even a morsel of remorse, regret or accountability. Signs of a narcissist unworthy of HI and the hobby.
