Upper Deck..WHY! WHY! WHY!

You all remember the fiasco this past spring in regards to the Upper Dreck Rookie Update damaged rookie cards which everyone was pulling out by the handfulls?Well I decided to wait until the initial rush of replacements had been sent in.Today I receive a huge and heavy UPS package.Lo and behold there are all the replacement cards,all re-stamped and damaged!!!!Every single one is bent where the stamping took place!!!You would think after the first time they would have addressed the pressure problem on the stamping machine,but I guess they still don't care.To add insult to injury they included a SP Game-used pack {Doug Weight white jersy..whoopee}and 3 crap-tacular packs of Artistic Impressions.Hmmmmmm.Just about to phone Customer Service....ooooo and they just opened.I'll let ya know what happens

This reminds me of my 04 Black Diamond replacement request. The card they sent back had a huge, circular puncture mark right around the lower left area of the card. The card I sent them for replacement was in better shape than the replacement card!

Hmmmmmm.....found a different phone number on the invoice {706 area code}and actually talked to a real live person A Ms Annette Ivory...who was very surprised I tracked her down .says "send em back" to her attention ,she'll deal with it.You know....hand-number them already....lol.

Feel for ya man... I'm still waiting on a few 01/02 Top shelf rookie redemptions
that I have yet to receive. Last I was told, they did'nt have any more to send out. I complained about the 4.50(? dont remember) I had to send for each card to get it redemmed which I know came to over 20 bucks, because I sent in 5 of them, and I received one back some crappy guy from Wash.. I emailed them to let them know I could have purchased this card on ebay for 1-2 dollars and would like them to return the expired redemptions, and my money for the "Shipping" and have yet to hear anything still; Over 8 months yet again. Not to memtion, the card I did recieve was damaged, Bent corner, pin hole through the top loader and card plus the number stamped on it is hardly visible.
For this, I have'nt purchased a UD product since last August, and will not purchase from them again.
