Had a great time at the Vancouver Show this weekend - only managed to make it on Friday night, and was super excited to meet Trevor Linden for the first time and add his auto to my Canucks jersey.
Was great to see some of the folks I've met before (Kevin, Ed, Steffan, Derek)... also got to meet Elliot and his son for the first time, as well as Al, and I probably bumped into others or shopped at your tables without even knowing who was who, hopefully I get to introduce myself properly in the future.
Also picked up a number of goodies...
Many thanks to Kev for yet more generosity (really sir, you are too kind!)... he scooped up this Hank red back off COMC which was the last 13-14 Score card I needed...
Kev also completed my UD 13-14 set for the year with the Hank canvas...
But wait, there's more - another Hank, this one a jersey numbered 33/100 from SPGU 08-09, thanks yet again, I'm beginning to lose track of how much I'm in your debt sir!

Back to the Vancouver show, got to meet Al (Big Persian) for the first time who presented me with these two DnJ productions, absolutely gorgeous!
Found a couple Totally Certified cards I needed - I still don't know all the folks at the show, but were these from MMarch's table? If so, a pleasure to meet you good sir (and loved reading your Vancouver Show thread, it was epic).
And last but not least, for the first time ever at a local show, I found a card from a previous year that I needed for the PC - for whatever reason the 12-13 Rookie Anthology Rainbow has been impossible to find, I saw one on the 'bay a year ago, forgot to bid, and then never saw another copy. Digging through oodles of stacks of 'nucks cards in dollar bins, I almost passed this one by thinking it must just be the base, but the light caught it and sure enough it shimmered, so glad to put this set to rest at last!
