Webs.com dies in March; what do I do with my two sites?

Looks like webs.com as been bought out and any sites on there will be rendered useless by March.
Do you know of any other easy to use, free sites I could start moving these to?
 
Thanks for the info all - I too use webs currently and got the notice of the impending sale. I'm not sure how much of my site I wish to re-create! So many pages. argh. Though, a lot of it was a football collection I sold off a few years ago, so I won't bother caring about that.
 
Are there some places with an ftp uploader like on webs.com? I looked at weebly, and I don't want to start my site from scratch. I already have a bunch of html files with links between them.
 
Webs is using a different builder they are dropping the free sites but will still be around. I only pay $7.99 a month using Webs. My site is too big to move and I am happy with their service.
 
I got a message too when i logged onto my account a few days ago..but i just looked it up found this....

In late 2020, the parent company, Vistaprint, announced that on March 31, 2021 all the paying websites hosted by webs.com will be migrated to the Vistaprint domain and all the free websites deleted, with their owners' accounts removed.

I got a little frustrated. I was building a MENU page, and I had a Header beneath the picture. I accidentally dragged it to above the picture, and then I couldn't get it back underneath. Then I couldn't figure out a way to delete it either, lol. I am admittedly not very good at the whole web design thing, but that seemed like it should be an easy fix. After an hour I just gave up.

I looked at their website editor and I hate it. I just want an uploader tool like on webs.com to upload my .html pages made with a word processor.

Should be an easy drag and drop. But if it's being fussy, just delete the Header element and re-insert an new header underneath the photo once again so you can place it where you want once again.
