Lets start with the announcement of "The Ultimate Project". Normally, I like to chase the hard to complete sets, but I have decided to try something different this time. The 04/05 UD Ultimate auto set has 42 cards in it, and I wanted to see how fast I can complete the set. I started the set on Saturday, April 30th, and I only need 3 cards to finish it, so I think I may have done pretty well.

Now that's alot of cards! Thank you to everybody for the sales and to Chris who just gave me the base gratis!
Now for the weekend wrap-up. I took off to Primm, Nevada on Friday for the King of the Cage fights. I was not feeling too well on friday due to food poisoning, so I just sat at the roulette table for a while and won $100. I went to bed with the hopes I could sleep the bad food off.
I woke up on Saturday morning feeling like a new man, so I drove into Vegas and had lunch with Chris (Vegaspuck) at Wing Stop (I have found my new favorite place for wings). We hung out and bs'd for a while then he went to play golf (I knew I should have brought my clubs) and I drove back to my hotel. When I got back, I sat at the roulette table for another hour. I started with $40, and walked away with $40. Didn't win, didn't lose. I guess I can't complain. Went to the fights that night, and man were they great! The second fight was a knockout at 1:08 of the first round. The guy was out cold so bad that when he was hit, his hands were in the guard position, and when he hit the mat, they were still in the same position. His hands didn't come down for about 2 minutes, lol. Homeboy never saw the punch coming. If you want to see the fights, they'll be on PPV on May 20th. I would recomend it. I also got to meet Frank Trigg and Randy Couture from the UFC who were hanging out.
I lost $40 Sunday at the tables, so I just split and drove home. Saturday night was a killer time and it's always fun to hang out with Chris. I hope it will be a little bit longer than just for lunch next time.
