Chicago's first round draft pick is good friends with a buddy of mine who owns a shop in our area. He had Kyle in for a private signing the other day, and my boy got the first 8X10 he signed. The Hawks assigned him jersey #12 which was his number in juniors, and they usually won't assign a number, especially one lower then 40 if they aren't planning on keeping you. Could he really bust the Hawk lineup as a 19 year old and stick with them for the season? He better not play like he did in Everett, and he better keep his head up.

Could he really bust the Hawk lineup as a 19 year old and stick with them for the season?

He's really good, good enough to play in the NHL... his main negative is not anything skill related, but more so of a mental aspect. Lots of my friends have played on a team with him and say he's "almost crazy". Pretty vague I know but I guess what I mean is that if he matures and fixes his attitude he will have an amazing career, and start playing at the NHL level very quickly.
