what can I do

Hello group.I have this beautiful patch card of Andrei Kirilenko #03/10.It is 6 color.Really nice to look at.But my problem is that on the front of the card the dark grey paint is coming off in places.(please see scan).Fleer is no out of business so there is no returning it.Any suggestion of what I can do.

Be honest with the condition and get as much value as you can,as you mentioned Fleer can't help. I did here they were accepting redemptions though..I would first write them a letter.
