What do you do in this case?

What would you do if an ebay seller has a few bad feedbacks (9 of 534) on Ebay and is noted on here for using PWE if he's selling a 1 of 1 of a guy you collect?
Any advice would be greatly appprectiated!

Easy. I'd email him and advise you are interested in the card, but won't purchase unless he guarantees that he will ship according to your standards, in this case, bubble mailer, whatever.

I would ask if he would be willing to ship to your standards if you pay extra to make up his difference.
