What happened with Channel Sports Inc?

Taking a look at my auto'd jerseys etc for the Expo, I realized that Channel Sports Inc. is no longer around? Anybody know what happened? Did they get bought up? Go out of business? Just wondering how much this hurts all the memorabilia I have from CSI. Any input appreciated.

This company kept changing its name. Owner seemed VERY shady.
