What has Upper Deck Done with My Card?

I redeemed this card today and they say the item is depleted. How can this be? What do I do now? What do I tell the U D rep when I call?

mikefromchester, you can ask UD to replace it with something you can use or like. I got some baseball redemptions that they couldn't produce so just ask for something like, you like the Yankees or something or another sport. They ask you for 5 of your favorite players and what's your favorite team.

I redeemed a Paul Pierce autograph last year that booked at $20 and UD couldn't get it for me. They mailed me a some cards related to Celtics instead and I got a

For the ones I redeemed just recently, it was 2 baseball autos, books at $15 each. I just asked for some dallas cowboys stuff and I hope I get something crazy like a Emmitt Smith auto #/10 or something or a Aikman card so I can resell and make some gas money!

dksportz8 Thanks, I'm still hoping to get the card, not sure what a Dice-K /10 rookie card is worth, but I'd say Beckett $350 is off. These are starting to surface, so we should get a ball park sale value, this one is on Ebay 07/10 .
