What IS this John Tavares card?

Just saw this in a local auction, and I think it's the second time I've seen it, although might be the same card:

That's brutal.

If you go on Topps' website, you can create your own baseball cards. The first one looks like one that someone has managed to sneak past Topps and have made via their website. The second one looks like it might be home made.

People were doing this with Connor McDavid before he was drafted.
