What is with the wait.

For some time now I have been reading about people getting "sorry" packages from UD saying that the wait is really unreasonable blah blah blah...we are striving to get your cards to you. Does anyone actually know what kind of a wait or what kind of redemption will trigger you getting one of these packages... it just seems to me that they are pulling names out of a hat and sending at random...is that the case?

I phoned once about a redemption that was nearing the two year mark and they sent me 3 packs of trilogy. I think you have to contact them before they do anything, I'm not sure though.
