What set has exclusively HORIZONTAL designs for their BASE cards?

I’d like to add something a little different to my binder pages, and I remember coming across an all-horizontal card set…but can’t recall the brand or year.

I would guess there have been just a small handful of these sets made over the years. I’m only really interested in the ones from 1990-present day, and licensed brands. Not interested in promotional, food-issue, etc sets. Just interested in the regular annual releases with at least their Base cards being horizontal. I don’t care about the set’s inserts/subsets having designs both ways.

Pacific Atomic. One of the best set designs ever!

2002-03 Topps Heritage is primarily horizontal. It pays homage to the 1966-67 Topps "wooden TV set border" design.

1997-98 and 1998-99 Pacific Omega, and all of the years of Pacific's Crown Royale except 2001-02 come to mind as all horizonal sets.
