What should I do, may have been ripped off!

Hey guys, I was recently in a few Group Breaks on YouTube and everything was going well. So I get involved with one guy on a case break of Exquisite football at $55 a spot, I ended up taking 3 teams. Well on the Live video that he posted he says every card that he is pulling and shows them to you, but never all the cards all together. Well you are suppose to get 6 cards out of the box (which you can clearly count on the video) but he only says 5 cards. Where did the 6th card go????

People have been getting their money back via paypal, for this. Should I pursue and do the same?
