Hey everyone!

While posting some junk on ebay this afternoon, I came across one of my super box stamped cards. A Glenn Hall glove card. While I was about to post it, I looked at the back to see what it was numbered out of. Expecting to find the words "Silver Version: 1:60" I found this instead;

What the?!?!?! :confused: :confused: :confused:

So now the question is; a) was this supposed to get into the super boxes, b) if it was, then did I get screwed of an autograph, or c) was this just a case of poor quality control?
Do I have anything to complain about though? I kinda think I do because the certificate on the back clearly states that the card should be autographed :(
Any other thoughts?

A bunch of people pulled the same thing in their boxes, but of different players. They are replacement stock for the autographed version, and as such, were not intended to be autographed for this specific promotion. However, they could have saved everyone affected some grief by not inserting the autographed versions.

I honestly thought that the auto replacement stock cards would all be autographed and state "AUTOGRAPH: _ of 10"
I just figured that it would be easier and more efficient for ITG to produce lets say 13-15 Hall auto gloves. Put 10 of them in packs and have the other 3-5 on reserve already autographed. That way they wouldn't have to go back to Hall (or anyone else for that matter) and bug them for another signature when a customre returns a damaged card.
