Should I file for a payback immediately or wait it out a bit??? I'd love to hear from anybody who has dealt with this seller as well.

Sorry, I can't help.

However, I knew this seller was bad news. I was watching a few of his auctions but just couldnt bring myself to bid on his stuff. I thank god now I didn't.

lol I never had to file a complaint or anything either until 10 min ago. I don't know "payback" or anything but if you go to file a complaint and say the seller is now a NARU you probably wont have a hard time getting your money back.

I'll give him a couple weeks. If I get nothing, then its complaint time.

Just continuously try and contact him. If in lik 5-6 days he hasn't responded I think thats enough time before filing a complaint.

I thought it was odd that a seller with sugh a low feedback rating was selling thousands of dollars in cards all at once. I won one auction from him for a low-end card, but decided not to persue some higher end cards. Looks like I made the right decision. If you guys hear from this guy please reply to this thread with a way to contact him. I am sure there are several people on this board that might have been taken by this ebay seller.

wonderful. i just won a card from him the other night. i had a feeling it was too good to be true... i guess i'll give it two or three weeks, then file with paypal.

File with paypal now! Don't wait. I've had a bad feeling from this guy ever since he popped up on ebay

I would wait. If you check his recent feedback he has gotten positive feedback as recently as yesterday. Keep your fingers crossed. Mike

I just wanted to provide an update to those of you who were waiting on delivery of E-bay goods from this seller. I received my card today in excellent condition, and rather quickly considering it came from Calgary.

Now... to trade the card for a new Richter or two. lol.
