Whats Kraken?

I watched the name announcement. I don't know why it took them so long to announce the name, but I did like the logo and team jersey. Can't wait to get some Kraken gear.
 
Think of all the immature childish jokes. I dare someone to get a jersey with this name plate. FILMA

Cool name, I do like their color scheme. I think they could've done more with the primary logo but overall a pretty cool look for the new team I think!
 
I like everything about it. While the logos are somewhat simple, I actually think that was a good decision, as both the primary and secondary tastefully pay tribute to the city and its hockey history. I think it's better to go that route than try to go with some bold look that might not work.
 
I like it, especially the colour scheme.
Anything to get away from black and/or white.
Now to get more color vs color, aka Color Rush, games going.
 
I'm just imagining the bad pun sports headlines now:

"Kraken Cracked"
"Seattle Krackin' under pressure"
"Seattle Kracken Skulls"
"Carey Price's back is KRAKEN under the weight of carrying this team"
"Seattle's new team is KRAKEN into the prime time"
"Can Seattle Kraken-to the playoffs?"

And of course 'RELEASE THE KRAKEN"

Very interested what the pre-game festivities will be like. Picturing Posiden and his sceptre calling the team out of the locker room.
