Whats some decent stuff I can break...

I've decided the 2 sports I'm going to focus on collecting are going to be Basketball and Hockey. Both seasons are pretty much the same in time frame and are pretty good for collecting good stuff.

Anyways I've done well with the 07-08 SP Authentic and have 2-3 sets of the base (1-100 ) and was working on getting all the Notables. Anyways I am a bit tired of that but have been looking to pick up something new. Something new doesn't necessarily mean this years product.

I bought a few 05-06 boxes and some 06-07 boxes mainly the Be A Player stuff and enjoyed that. Recently I picked up a pack of the new 07-08 OPC Premier and didn't really like what I got but I won't be picking up any of that until I can sell what I pulled from that. ( Check bucket if interested ).

Anyways if there is something decent out there you would recommend, maybe more SPA or something else, hell even something you would like to see someone else break ( that isn't pure garbage ) leave me a response here I'll be checking this post from time to time.

Hell I could even get a box of 94-95 Topps Finest if anyone wanted to see my pulls from that :D
 
SP Authentic (06/07 or 07/07) always has good value. Artifacts also has great value but I think its pretty hard to get now?
 
Yeah Dave and Adams is awesome. They called me recently and put me on the premier account I've dropped so much there over the last month +. Great people and great prices there.

Order should be placed tomorrow probably but if I get a good response I'll wait another day or so.

If set building is your thing.........then I suggest 07-08 OPC. For me it started out with a few packs here and a few packs there. Next thing I know.....you get the picture.
 
well...i broke a case of the 07/08 Artifacts and got a ton of "HITS" the Crosby/Malkin Patch and several others lots of Autos....i really like the tandems patches/10 and the frozen Artifacts /10...and the price is not bad compaired to alot of others...this has become the set i MUST DO every year now because of the challenge to build it..if you are looking just to build a nice set and low $$ UD 1/2 might be for you but i love the 3+ diff jersey sets you can do in Artifacts....Frozen Artifacts/Treasured Swatches/Tundra tandems...then the Auto set and if you have $$ to burn do the 3 Diff Patch sets....yes the 08/09 will be cheaper but i love the look of the 07/08 the best.....whatever your decision you should make sure you have fun with it or it becomes just another "SET"....Fred

Well I decided on this right now...


2 pre Sell boxes of 07-08 Be A Player Signatures coming next week when it releases.


2 06-07 Be A Player signatures
1 05-06 SPA box.

Those 3 arrive tomorrow. Come on Crosby Auto!




Let me know what you get from those Artifact boxes and if you get some good stuff I'll probably place an order for a couple boxes of that in a few weeks :)
 
Yeah I understand that I got a box of that before. Just figured I'd go fishing one last time :D

Rest of the stuff I really like though. That Be A Player stuff is nice for the 1 auto per pack and 1 dual sig per box.


I'll post what I pull. Maybe I'll pull a Crosby auto Rc and everyone can drool :D
