whats worst than not getting your redemption

this frustrates me, i pulled the 1/1 gold rookie uncut sheet from last years cup and redeemed it right away,it's in stock waiting to be shipped,why do i keep getting these fleer ultra redemptions in the mail and not that framed uncut sheet,why is it they are shipping cheap 2010 stuff and nothing good???
