Now that is a nice mark-up and I am sure he will get that price one day... not picking one day but sometime in the far far away future
 
I flipped over to his Sold items just to see how's he doing. Not too shabby. He got $145 for the auto'd Hull from the 1991-92 UD set. Man, there are 2500 of those, but they remain tough to get ahold of. People still pay through the nose for it when there are hundreds of different Hull auto'd cards, many at substantially lower print runs.
 
I love his "a 1 color is $100 and this one has 5 colors". I guess multicolor patches with 5 colors get a X 12.95 lol
 
if you look through that seller's items on ebay he's a ripoff. His asking prices are ridiculous. He has sold some items here or there but for the most part his items do not sell.
 
That was for sale a little while ago on eBay. I did bid on it and missed out, but I can tell you he (or someone else) recently won that at a double digit dollar amount

That's what got me....his math is off. And as much as I don't buy into anything Beckett says, the Beckett is "priced" for a 2-3 color, not one color. If you're going to quote statistics, at least make sure they're correct.

What's even more amazing is that he had it listed previously for $1999 starting bid and prior to that $999 starting bid, and it didn't sell. So what does he do? He continues to relist it even higher each time!!

I'm glad he provides a description of the player and his accomplishments, because I always love dropping $3000 on cards of players I know nothing about. You'd think if you're spending that kind of money, you'd have an idea of the calibre of player you're bidding on.

yeah I missed out on that Evander...now its never going to find its way to me...great....this guy is a joke, but entertaining none the less
 
It's cheaper to buying a actual GU jersey with a complete and uncutted patch on the jersey used by that player instead of wasting their $$$ on this card with a tiny piece of patch?

Oh gosh..that seller is ompletely lost in its own insanity!
Just seems that he/she doesn't wants to sell those card but listed them with insane prices and sees if there's someone who's stupid enough to buying with tha tprice then....!
 
I've been watching this one for yearsssssss, under 2 or 3 different user names, BINs of between $5000 and $25000 depending on if there's other proofs in there........

Every now and then he'll put it up for auction but he always pulls it with a few hours to go. One time three or four years ago I actually made a deal with him for $2500 but when I went to hit BIN it had been pulled and he wouldn't answer my emails............

C'est la vie.....................
