ive gone to the fall expo in toronto for the past two years and im debating on going again this year but im lacking incentive lol...i wasnt gonna go last year but the ranger team signing at the HOF put me over the edge and i knew someone had a lundqvist priority signings i needed. im not hunting many singles this year so im thinking of taking the money it would cost to go and instead just stay home and buy a bunch of series 1 boxes which comes out about the same time...

im just wondering is there much of a difference between the fall and spring shows besides more products being released by the spring?

Actually, the exchange rate being where it is (about 1.16 or so) works to your advantage right now. By spring, that may not be the case.

'Sides, it's fun. :)

If you come now, you can also choose to come in the Spring. That'd be twice as good. Also, as noted, the exchange rate is highly favourable now.

Like you I had to make a decision as to which Expo to attend.. I chose the Fall for the Expo Priority Signings.. Still looking for the Semin from 2007, BTW! ;)

If you as well choose the Fall, see ya there.. :D

All the best.

As a seller, there seems to be a little more interest in the Fall. Start of hockey versus nearing end of playoffs (so a lot of teams are out like the Leafs). The release of UD Series 1 is always a big hit, and there is way more buzz at the UD booth with the Priority Signings. That being said, my best show of my 5 that I was at, was last spring. That had more to do with bringing wax for the first time, and having a much larger selection of high end singles. I can only hope to top my success this Fall. Booth 306, second aisle near the back, for those who want to say Hi.

Awsome, thanks for the quick responses. I attended the Spring Expo this year and have been counting the days until the next one. It is an experiance every card collector should have at least once.
