Which team the player is on the card?

I'm working on a master list (i.e. a huge Excel-file, about 15000 cards listed so far) of Colorado Avalanche and my main goal is to list all the Avalanche cards ever release (and in the process get rid of all the wrong team assignations Beckett/manufacturers have made, like for example Al MacInnis has not played in Avalanche unlike Beckett says) and I run constantly into cards that I can't determine whether it is an Avalanche card (either jersey or team name is enough) so I thought some of you might be able to help me. Upper Deck is usually pretty good at these, but they have some set listings totally screwed and sometimes they have a player in his future team like for example Rob Blake with Avalanche in his 1999 cards.

I'm going thru season 2000-01 right now and the problem player at hand is Rob Blake who has several cards where team says Los Angeles but he's wearing Avalanche jersey.

The Blake-cards I have not been able to track down to see how they look are these:

2000-01 Pacific #193 Rob Blake
2000-01 Panini Stickers #165 Rob Blake
2000-01 Topps Stars #47 Rob Blake
The whole set of BAP Ultimate Memorabilia (7 cards)
Naturally any parallel goes just as well

Is Blake in either of these cards in Avalanche jersey or does any of those cards mention Avalanche as his team (like "Traded to" or "Now with")?

I'll keep posting these questions here and if someone of you happens to know someone who has scanned a collection of a player who has played for Avalanche, that would help a lot. I could imagine someone has Rob Blake collection scanned somewhere.

Anyone here has a lot of pictures from that 2000-01 BAP Ultimate Memorabilia set? The next one I'm having hard time with is this:

Is Bourque in Avalanche jersey? Does the card have Avalanche logo on it? Beckett claims that it is Avalanche card, ITG product desription doesn't confirm it to either way. How about the rest of Bourque's cards in that set, any Avalanche cards? At least Magnificent Ones w/ M. Lemieux is Avalanche card.

I could imagine the Topps version is Avalanche card since the O-Pee-Chee version is. Chrome Refractor is harder one, since normal Chrome is a Sabres card.

Only one player left from 2000-01 and that's Serge Aubin. I was able to find all the other cards, the only one I miss is #112 Vanguard. Is that Avalanche card?
