While at a Hockey game in person what is your favorite song played during warm-ups,intermission etc? Mine is Black Betty just gets me fired up imagine what it does to the players.

I don't know what my favorite song is, but I know that I hate, Hate, HATE the Hockey Song. That's the worst song you can name, and the worst song you can name, is the stupid 'ole Hockey Song...aaaaah! I'm even cursing it out in it's own tune!

Awwwww Jay that first Ranger one is one I hate,dreaded foghorn.I wish some teams would do away with it. Glad the Bruins don't do that , we do the Woooooooo after a Bruins goal has been scored as the public address announcer does it & it is followed by the fans,WOooooooooooo.

Aye, what Trev said. It was the warm-up song I always played for the Halifax Wolverines when they hit the ice. The guys loved it and it even got me amped up to do the PA work heh.
I'd start with Welcome to the Jungle, follow it with Thunderstruck, then Crazy Train, then Enter Sandman.

"Chicken dance song" heres why. At Philadelphia Phantoms games (AHL) when you get to the part your suppose to clap, all the fans yell "Hey Ref You ****". Its really loud and funny.

Most of the songs in SJ are alright but the stupid goal music. Green Day has no place in hockey.

they used to play the start of Alan Parsons' "Eye in the Sky" at the start of Canucks games... when the players first take the ice... there's images of the players on the big screen... VERY cool... if you don't know the intro, download it... it's about two or three minutes before the regular song kicks in

Chris borrowed it from Vegas Vacation.
As far as songs go, there was one they used to play at the beginning of Av's games that was sweet and the Forum used to have some terrific music, not sure what the play at Staples these days?
I'll get the name of the songs I'm thinking of.....
