After a slow start at 9-15 the Padres find themselves with a 22-16 record after sweeping the Cubs in Wrigley over the weekend. The Padres have been making some noise going back to last year and it appears they may be ready to make more noise this year. It is great to see some of the teams that have been in the middle to lower end of the pack of teams up at the top or near the top in their divisions in the Reds, Padres, Tigers, and Brewers. I really like this Brewers team with all the good young talent, once they learn how to win watch out...at any rate here more about the Padres and recent sweep in Chicago from cnnsi.com
