Who here has the Cup Checklist? - Per UD HI has it

Just FYI, "The Want List" is a competing startup mag. That said, I think the fair stance is this:
If Bruce would like that link taken down, I don't think he should so do until he has uploaded and made available the checklist that was circulated to him.


I think that's fair for all parties.

On the bright side you have a better chance of getting one. I think this year I'm going to go after the Setoguchi/Couture if it surfaces. I've never went for an NHL Shield card.

As for preliminary assessments of the set. I have a lot of Blades alumini to collect in this one.

UD sends me the checklists for every product for the pricing section of the Insider's Edge magazine. If you would like those checklists uploaded to the site here every time, that's no problem at all. This is the first time I've been asked about supplying it. Will upload later today.

Most teams wear 3 sets of home, 3 sets of away and 2 sets of alternate jerseys which is 6 or 8 jerseys a year since not every team has an alternate.

Most of the time those jerseys aren't even the ones used in cards.

The card companies have purchased many current jerseys directly from us, all of which are game-worn.

In most cases, we sell them jerseys worn in one game. Occasionally when they purchase during sales or when a one-gamer is not available, they will get a jersey with noticeable use.

ITG is a completely different story from UD though, I believe a lot of their jerseys are won from various auctions and do have a lot of wear.
 
hmmm...Lundqvist, Stamkos, and Kane arent' listed as having a regular Black parallel 1/1. they're under the Base Auto Patch 1/1 section yet

F.M.L. Mike Richards has about 500 low print high end cards in the set this year.....a programme of excellence card to boot!!!!!! I'm toast if I see that one.....

Not necesarily true. If you look at the "Get Real" cards showing the Meigray tagging, you will see that most (but not all) are typically pre-season jerseys. Ask most jersey collectors and you will see that pre-season jerseys are much harder to move, and command much less money for them. I do agree that they appear to have a more "interesting" selection of jerseys, but other than the "Get Real" cards, how can one tell where it came from at all?

There's a few of them. I've seen Lundqvist and Jeff Carter so far as well.

I find it weirder still that the big superstars have tribute cards /10, but some of the others you wouldn't expect to have their print runs halved in comparison (Hejduk, Peter Stastny, even Kopitar) are out of 5.

It seems as though the Crosby Tribute (North American Players) are /10 and the Ovechkin Tribute (Overseas Players) are /5.

I thank UD every day since the Cup was released for putting Hejduk in this set. :foottap:

Ou, that checklist thing. Typical Killer set these days. Dougie/Lanny/Joe, Dougie/Sittler/Al, Dougie/Al/Lanny :foottap: But yes! this time there's Kessel also.. Whoooo...

Oh boy, my biggest fear has occured. There is now an Andrew Ladd shield (paired with Sharp). I can't begin to imagine what that'll set me back. The other Ladd collectors are probably loading their paypal as I type this :eek:
