Who is the hot favorite in Olympic hockey?

I am new here and from Czech republic, so I should say the hot favorie is Czech republic:), But I think it´s team Russia and of course home Canada. But win can al$o Sweden or USA. I would like to ask canadians or americans here, how big chance is getting in your country to Czech team.
We have really good team, not with so BIG names as other, especially Russia and canada. We have not similar 1st line as Russia (Ovechkin - Datsyuk - Semin /Kovalchuk). It´s unfighted line...but we can get a medal sure! But we all know - the BIG names needn´t win if they don´t do good TEAM.
I´m sorry for my english, I hope you understand me.
 
I woudl say Russia and Canada with Canada being the #1 favorite not just cause we are playing in Canada either. Yeah Russia has a good 1st line but I would say Canada's top 2 lines are superiror. Oh boy how could you even say anyone else has a chance. To be honest I think as good as Canada is the Russians just might do it. GO MALKIN GO!!
 
I have a bunch of money riding on Canada making it to the gold medal game. They don't have to win they just have to make it there. So I am rooting for the Canadians to make it to the finals and lose to the U.S.A!!!!!!!!
 
I don't even expect Canada to finish with a medal. I say Russia, Sweden for Gold and Silver respectively. The Bronze could go to Finland, USA or the Czechs, although I'd give the edge to Finland because of their goaltending.
 
If the Russian forwards play as unstoppable as they are capable of and get good goaltending, I don't see anyone beating them. When Ovechkin, Malkin, Kovalchuk, Semin, Datsyuk are playing well, no one can stop them. Especially when they're all on the same team. Just my opinion.
 
Russia will take it, but I pick Sweden for gold again. They have too many solid competitors, and it starts in goal.

I think it´s not possible to evaluate Russia by game against Latvia. I think they will be undefeatable in forward, maybe worst in defense. Canada has (I think) more well-ballanced both. But nobody said me there, what do you say on Czech team, and what say on Czech team your media. Is it so bad? :)
I think you don´t give us big chance, what can be our advantage...But it´s apparent we have no such good team as Canada or Russia...
BTW - I was surprised Luongo has started in game, not Brodeur...I know coach said one time Roberto, one time marty and then will be the 1st goalie named. At Czech team it´s automatical. Vokoun is absolutely no. 1 goalie, but we have more better goalies than Pavelec and Stepanek for 2nd...
 
Russia, Sweden and Canada are probably the three top teams on paper (in no particular order), but don't overlook the Fins. Those pesky guys always seem to give both the Russians and Canadians fits, and they probably have the best system of any of these teams. They are an underdog like always, but I expect them to medal. Hopefully a bronze, as I want Canada to win gold, and the Fins always seem to give Canada a run for their money, so I do not want them in the gold medal game with us.
