So you say, big deal, he paid $25 for a $40 card. I guess he's losing his marbles if he thinks that's a steal. Well I've been working on the Gemography set since the start, and this is the second one I've actually seen. There are some rare cards in this set, Beckett may never figure it out. (seen exactly 2 Gretzky's also)

Nice pick up John. Normally, I don't knock Beckett for their pricing, as Clint and Al do an absolute ton of work for 2 mere mortals, but sometimes, the pricing is a little off. How they come up with a BV of 40 for this particular card kinda makes you scratch your head.

Great pickup John! I noticed some of em were really tough. Beckett may eventually get around to indicating that but who knows

I disagree actually, and the blame for this one belongs squarely with UD for nondisclosure. They ought to make the list public well ahead of time, as well as reveal which cards are shortprinted. This way, the folks busting the wax don't get BILKED by selling a potentially higher dollar card for a mere fraction of it's market value.
