Why is this Roy auto so cheap?

This seemed cheap to me, unless I'm missing something. The starting bid was $20 and the BIN was $20. I wonder if he put the wrong BIN price.

Some advice for a small issue- the auction said he'll pay shipping, but he added a $2 shipping fee. Is it worth bringing this up?

That's what I was thinking.

I got a bit worried because the seller initially charged me $22 for shipping. But he then wrote back to say that was a typo and shipping was $2.

I bought my Yzerman gold sott xx/19 off of him on ebay. He had a 0 feedback at the time so I ended up calling him. He's a cool dude and you should have no problem. He was selling everything he had and going to do missionary work for kids. Congrat's on the nice win also..
