Well, after opening 1/2 case of 09-10 Cup, and not seeing the return I was hoping for (break even would be fine) I have to really ponder why do I keep busting product? I think ultimately I would like to make money and it's fun. But, the whole hope of making money is not being met, and therefore I'm disappointed more often than not which takes away the fun. So, why do I keep doing it? I do like the sport of hockey, but I could enjoy that whether I bust or not. I did enjoy collecting, but now stuck with a whole load of inventory from my store, it is more of a job than a hobby. What keeps me busting? I keep telling myself, that it helps to sell my previous years cards at the show (as a showcase of 2 or 3 year old cards, gets overlooked) , but is that really the case? I don't know why I bust. I would say 8 times out of 10 I'm left feeling cheated somehow, by my lack of luck it seems. If the fun is gone 80% of the time why don't I stop? Am I an addict? Not sure. What do you guys think? Why do you keep busting? (Try to keep it philosophic and not card company bashing, please.)
