Will UD ever sell old unredeemed cards ?

card in question is from 2008-09 higher middle end set, it's out of 99

i think it's a fair guess to say not all 99 were/have been redeemed, but because some are/have been, they were obviously made correct? am i fair to guess that the rest are sitting in the inventory?

how likely is it to actually make a purchase straight through upper deck for one of these cards ?

does anyone have any experience first or second hand with this?

UD uses unredeemed cards as replacments for redemptions that won't be made.

i was thinking of the back door the entire time i was typing this message, and the 'tales' i've heard/read

if anyone knows a specific person/email to contact it would be greatly appreciated... probably my most sought after card/project and the only one i really care about right now
