Wow, all I can say is WOW.
Easily the most star-studded alumni game ever for a Stadium Series or Winter Classic Game, far and away. Even as a Kings fan I got goosebumps seeing all those guys out there. Someone said almost half the players participating were in the HHOF. I checked, EIGHTEEN HHOFers to be exact and that was without Hasek, Hull, Robitaille, Scotty Bowman, and few others I think?
And of course it didn't hurt Denver was a "chilly" 65 degrees (it'll be low 70s today for the other game), with a gorgeous sunset over the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop, and the game was held in one of the nicest ballparks in baseball.
There's so many things I could go on and on about but I think if you saw it, you know.
