not quite the same buzz as the Montreal Canadiens Centennial, but there should still be alot of set builders chasing the short prints.

I was holding onto a couple of lower end autos from the Habs centennial just for my habs PC. 6 months ago when I decided to trim down my PC a bit, I sold a Lyle Odelein auto (base version, non numbered) for over $180 CDN. LYLE FREAKING ODELEIN!!!

For $15 CAD, you can go to Frozen Pond this Sunday, meet Bower, shake his hand, take a photograph with him, and get an autograph. He will usually do inscriptions, too. Oh, and Borje Salming will be there with him, as well. :hi5:

Should of held onto mine. I sold mine for $50 shortly after the product came out.

Same pattern as with Montreal - early price drop, then spiking prices as the set builders realize that the SSPs aren't out there.

Edmonton set (while not as nice, sticker autos) is similar. There's one Cujo auto that's been floating on eBay for a while... asking price is $400. If the ask was half of that, I bet it would be gone.

The Classics Sigs autos sell for stupid amounts too. There are not enough autos to go around for some of these sets to satisfy the number of guys collecting the. So a ten dollar auto sells for 200.

Considering the Cujo is probably as tough, if not tougher than the two Group A autos Messier and Coffey. It was listed as a Group C - but I did not pull him out of that grouping, while I had pulled all of the other Bs and Cs - and this is with about 20+ cases opened, and I'm pretty sure the count is at least 25...

This Leaf Centennial was probably was his last certified auto set he signed for.

Unless there will be a few autos that we don't know about and have yet to be released.
