moving on 9 or 10 months waiting on a redemption. it's been just over 5 months I have been leaving messsages on the redemption page. Finally tried contacting CS a different way
and I write
"Does anybody actually look at the "follow up" area on the redemption page. I requested a replacement 5 months ago and no card, no reply., no signs of life period. If that isn't there for follow up on the redemption card or nobody ever looks at it maybe you should change your process or make it a little clearer."
and this is the long winded explanation why I have been ignored and what the situation is
"The replacement card(s) will be going out in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for your patience and have a great day."
yay, it's coming ...eventually . no explanation why do they ignore the follow up area , no "sorry" ..sweet FA
[EDITED OUT]...go ahead ask why I dont buy panini anymore. If you see me mooving panini it's been a bulk buy or trade.
