I have this available:

The card is almost exactly what you say you don't want, but it's also rare as rare gets. Behind the left side of the Star cut is a thick seam.

I'm pretty sure it's a show stamped version of this card:

Lindros/Thornton (not Forsberg). Sorry for the wrong info, I remembered after that it was Thoroton and not Forsberg.
