All in the first couple sentences of my OP. Looking to pay int he range of 25% bv and NrMt or better. I dont want filler cards. I understand that digging through boxes of commons might not be everyones bag for less than full bv but I just cant go any higher than 25% ISH. A bigger lot might be worth a little more to me.
