WTS team Canada pin set

I am not sure if these were available all the way across Canada or not.But here on the East coast the local daily newspaper sold pins depicting each of the resent Team Canada men hockey team.They were sold locally at only three locations.ESSO gas stations,Irving gas stations,and Lawton drug stores.They were sold one player per day.Each store only received the amount of pins that equaled the amount of daily newspapers they carried per day.(e.g.,store carries 30 newspapers they only got 30 pins per day to sell).There are a player or so absent in the set due to last minute changes in the team.I have a complete set along with the display board.All pins are still in their original packages.If these pins were available all across Canada perhaps you can LMK.This is a very nice set.PLMK if interested.Thanks,Winston.

It was as well available here in Alberta! We could acquire them from local 7-11 stores.
