Hi Julian,
I'm not familiar with the seller, but was the card damaged when you received it? If it was then you certainly have an issue, but if it made it safely I'm not sure why you'd consider a negative for the seller. I agree it's not good shipping practice, but the seller's responsibility is to get the item to you safely, however he chooses to do it. Speaking as someone who just had a relatively high perfect feedback score ruined by a frivolous negative, I wish people wouldn't throw them around so readily. I'm sure you wouldn't like a retaliatory one, and it would look a lot worse on your record than his.

That's funny, I almost bought a couple boxes from him yesterday. Now kinda glad I didn't. He maybe would have taped them together and sent them? :(

Sorry, I was thinking one thing and typing another, what I meant was, I'm afraid to hit him with a neutral and getting a negative in return. I find it highly improper for him to have charged me 5.5 US for shipping and send my card in a white envelope and postage that costed about a dollar canadian.
