Sellers who enable the "best offer" feature on their auction/store listings. . . and subsequently let all offers EXPIRE! I mean, why even bother putting the best offer feature if you aren't even going to accept/reject the incoming offers?

In the past week, I've done 7 best offers. So far, 4 of them have expired and 3 of them will expire in a few hours.

This totally doesn't even make sense for store listings. Hello?!? You've had the same item in your store for a year without any offers. At least respond to the person who finally makes an offer on your listing.

. . . and that's what really grinds my gears.

I'm with you there - happens all the time, that and when you make an offer for a $100 card at $90 and they reject it! Why bother asking for offers at all.

Jason, If it will make you feel better. I'll go list a few cards, add the submit best offer option and promptly reject any offer you make. Mike

I hear you on that,... At least reject/decline or counter-offer,...

I am only impolite and do not bother declining offers that are $10 for my BGS 9 Ultiamte Crosby #/299 AU RC. That's a bit too insulting.

I go one step further and I REALLY hate people who decline my reasonable offers without reason and then after their listing ends, they ask me if I would commit to the same number,... I'm strange that way, but that's just me. You should know a solid offer when you see one. I'm not a dealer or a seller so that probably explains my stance.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one peeved at this type of situation. As expected, my other 3 best offers expired last night... so that's 7 expired in the last week alone.

Sellers can make a counteroffer to the original best offer... before it expires, of course.
