If Garcia's starting before Week 6, the Raiders will be throwing away all the time and money they've spent on JaMarcus and basically giving up on him. He'll be bagging groceries by December 1. Either that or hanging out with Vince Young at the Tony Mandarich Center for Unfulfilled NFL Potential, arguing over who gets to keep the title of Biggest Bust Ever.
