New Member, Must Send First,
Decided to take on a new project. I've always wanted to put a set together but in the past my patience/attention span took the best of me and it never happened and ended up quitting and selling. I think the reason that i never stuck with it is because there was no "connection" between me and the set. This is my birth year set, so i'm hoping that's enough incentive to finish the set. It's also a pretty inexpensive set so that helps too!
I already had Stevens, Housely and Lindbergh so at least i wasn't starting from zero.
Anyways here goes nothing!!
Here's a another batch from COMC. This also marks my 1st Flames player. Oct. 28/'18

And here we have Mr. Barber a HOFer. This is the set that's slow and steady but keeps on trucking. Oct. 19/'18

On a little bit of a roll here with the 10s! Oct. 3/'18

This one was way too cheap not to pick up and a 10 to boot. Sept. 29/'18

The additions have slowed down but i'm still there! Sept. 25/'18

Few more showed up and it even includes a couple of HOFers. 42/396. Aug. 27/'18

Another small haul but this time from COMC. This puts me at 37/396. Aug. 22/'18

Was able to find a nice lot on ebay and went for it. This puts me at 31 out of 396, but it also marks my 1st gretzky, there are a few them in the set. I was also able to snag 2 checklists in addition to card #1 of the set and card #396 (the last card) so all in all a good haul. Aug. 16/'18

I know that isn't one of the most sought after sets but i've already fallen in love with it! I actually find myself looking at the card for a longer period of time and reading the quirky write-ups on the back. Aug. 1/'18
